Features already implemented
The accessibility button available on every page allows users to adjust text size, contrast, link highlighting and motion. Preferences are saved in this browser.
- a shortcut to skip directly to the main content;
- keyboard navigation and a visible focus indicator;
- a heading structure and labels associated with form fields;
- textos alternativos nas imagens informativas;
- large touch targets in Valley controls;
- support for reduced-motion preferences;
- a static alternative when the Valley video should not play;
- form messages announced by assistive technologies;
- a panel to increase or decrease text size, enable high contrast, highlight links, use a more readable font and reduce motion.
Motion and carousels
The partner-school carousel pauses on hover, focus or interaction. On devices configured to reduce motion, it remains static and can be explored manually.
Continuous improvement
The website will continue to be tested at different screen sizes, by keyboard and with assistive technologies. Content, contrast, forms and components will be reviewed before publication.
Found a barrier?
The accessibility email and contact channel will be provided once official contact details are defined. Until then, this page records the measures that must be preserved during development.
